The Geared Up Fresher course is your guide aimed in helping you kickstart your university career so you can transition with ease into a lucrative graduate or internship programme after university.
Having a good head start is what will separate you from the other students and what will build your competitive edge overall, work readiness is a continuous process that requires proactivity and intention.
It should not garner one’s attention in your senior year but rather one’s focus on becoming work ready should be the 1st goal you should cultivate the moment you enter those university gates.
So why did I create this course?
In my final year in university, I was able to secure a spot in a 3-year high acceleration graduate programme, there was a plan and intention behind this achievement it was not pure luck.
I was working 3 jobs whilst doing my honors full time and made sure I did everything to build my personal brand from the get-go, being involved in extra curricula student activities, being a Golden Key member, working part-time, and teaching myself how to draft an amazing CV.
Having a plan in place will make your transition a lot easier and smoother,
when you have insight, you become a more adaptable and agile professional.
